2024年9月25日，中国工控自动化领域权威的评选活动CONTROL ENGINEERING China（第二十届）年度产品奖颁奖典礼在上海举行。

CONTROL ENGINEERING China最佳产品奖自2004年开始以来，已经连续举办二十届，是业界最权威、历史最悠久、参与规模最大的产品评选活动之一，也是中国工控自动化和智能制造领域最受厂商、用户关注的年度盛事之一。

今年的评选汇集了2024年度工控、自动化和仪器仪表领域的近200款产品，虹科IO-Link OEM嵌入式开发模块成功在众产品中脱颖而出，荣获“CEC 2024年度编辑推荐奖”.

虹科IO-Link OEM是一款可用于设计和构建IO-Link从站设备的嵌入式开发模块，基于stm32f103c8t6微控制器进行开发，该模块集成了IO-Link从站通讯协议内核，对用户开放了两种串行接口，包括USART接口和SPI接口，USART1用于用户与PC通信调试，USART2用于与IO-Link主站通讯，该嵌入式模块具备32个引脚的IO信号，可以任意设置成DI/DO模式。

该嵌入式模块提供4种不同模式的IODD文件，分别对应16个IO输入模式、16个IO输出模式、8IO输入8IO输出模式以及用户通过指令系统从设备写入有效数据，可以灵活切换不同模式。基于虹科自研的IO-Link OEM嵌入式通信模块能够灵活开发各种支持IO-Link接口的IO-Link设备，适用于多种工业应用：

传感器与执行器：IO-Link OEM模块可以应用于开发智能传感器，如用于检测传送带上物体的传感器，这些传感器可以提供机器运行状态的详细信息，有助于实现预测性维护和提高设备的正常运行时间。IO-Link OEM模块可以用于执行器，如用于控制机械臂或传送带的驱动器，实现精确控制和反馈；
控制单元：IO-Link OEM模块可以集成到控制单元中，如PLC或IPC，作为与传感器和执行器通信的接口；
人机界面(HMI)：IO-Link OEM模块可以连接到HMI设备，提供操作员对机器状态的直观监控和控制；
参数设置和诊断工具：IO-Link OEM模块可以用于开发参数设置工具，简化设备配置过程，以及开发诊断工具，以便于故障排除和性能监测；
数据采集和处理单元：IO-Link OEM模块可以用于开发数据采集单元，将数据从传感器传输到控制系统，为工业物联网(IIoT)应用提供支持。
